Development Policy Foundation/Fundacja Polityki Rozwojowej, Polish NGO based in Warsaw, Poland ( & ), is looking for an intern for at least 1 month, from mid-January 2021 onward.

Key duties:

To support its on-going development & technical assistance projects in EaP (culinaryroutes.org, , euroaqua.org, , bikeandwine.md, & , socialenablers.org & ), Turkey, MENA ( ), Asia ( , chin.ngo) and assist in public-donor fund-raising effort: providing research for project proposals.

Profile:

• Senior student/the last year or early graduate of social, economic, agro/technical/science or area studies;
• Interest & grasp of one or more of the focal areas : EaP, Turkey, MENA, Central Asia, South East Asia;
• Keen interest in non-metropolitan & rural development and its social/economic/ecological nexuses : a distinctive advantage;
• High level of precision and self-organization;
• Ability to produce analysis of qualitative and quantitative data: good Internet search skills;
• English: advance in writing: ability to produce good quality English content independently & creatively;
• Knowledge of Polish/Turkish/French/Spanish/Portuguese will be an additional asset;
• Responsibilities in a nutshell:
• Support to implementation of on-going projects in EaP & Turkey;
• Assist in research/ data collection for the up-coming grant applications & proposals & research papers;
• Development of the micro-grant proposals (or its parts), under the senior staff guidance;
• Web and social media content development;
• The internship may require availability to work evenings and weekends;

Financial compensation of €400 per month NET!
